We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

Proof of purchase is provided
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

If a product is defective:

We may offer replacement, repair, or refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to ScopeHaus error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation must follow the return process.

Pre-order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.
Once a pre-order ships, the standard return policy applies.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Opened or used optics are not eligible for return unless defective.
