ScopeHaus Limited Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

ScopeHaus, LLC warrants ScopeHaus optics and electronic products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Functional failure under normal operating conditions
Internal electronic failure not caused by misuse or external damage

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect mounting
Damage resulting from modification, disassembly (beyond the battery compartment), or unauthorized repair
Battery leakage, corrosion, or improper battery installation
Cosmetic wear, finish wear, or normal wear and tear
Damage caused by abuse, negligence, or impact beyond rated specifications
Damage caused by environmental exposure outside stated operating limits
Loss, theft, or unauthorized resale

Consumable components such as batteries are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service

If a defect is identified during the warranty period, ScopeHaus may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or comparable model
Provide a replacement unit of equal value

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Description of the issue

Customers may be required to return the product for inspection.
Unless otherwise instructed, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to ScopeHaus.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ScopeHaus, LLC.

ScopeHaus shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
